That’s where this family came from and I had the pleasure of photographing them and this sweet 2 year…a little work…as they are at that age but see how cute she is and the boys were wonderful to work with.

I’d like to say they came all the way out here from Ohio to have ME photograph them but it’s not true she was visiting her friend and thought she would get some photos. How fun it was for me to chase this little one…8 months pregnant. I was sweating and I’m sure mom was too. I ‘m so happy to see all these cute shots of the fun we went thru to get them. Seriously love my job!

I have to be honest here I didn’t know if I got a smiley one of this guy but low and behold I found one and its adorable. This session was fun and new for me to photograph dogs. Loved it though.

It has been like 20 years since I have seen Derek. My best friend was his sister. I LIVED at there house, it was my second home, we were inseparable until I moved away in 9th grade and didn’t really see anyone from my neighborhood since. I ran into Derek last year he was cutting down my neighbor’s tree…as I was pulling out of my driveway he came walking towards my car like he needed to talk and I have to say I can’t believe you recognized me it took me a bit to know who you were. I love running into old friends especially the ones I grew up with.

So now here I am posting some pictures of Derek’s family photos for some trade…he trimmed my 5 years old (maybe older) over grown trees that were taking over my house and now it looks wonderful.

I am excited to post this session. I have been in a weird place with editing (photog’s you will understand) I took a step back in my processing because I felt that I was over doing it. Well I have decided to bring back some of my color.
This session was perfect. I walked into Sid’s store Our Little Store and JaSha’s Sid’s other half said “Jess Sid has a question for you” and then it was down hill from there for Sid was committed to some family photos. I know you think you don’t photograph well but come on look at this beautiful family. This conversation happened Wednesday and Saturday it was complete in 45 minutes and a little snow. We did’t care what weather was in the forecast. It was going to happen.

And another little plug I have to say and Sid you may not know this but you are one of the greatest examples out there for me. I love how excepting you are of everyone and you have the best outlook in life. I wish I could be more like you…mushy huh…but true.

Well this is Mel with Melody White Studios she is a photographer from Cali and while on her vaca here we did a family session. So FUN…right! Really it was fun and the best part was meeting you and your family.

Conan this is awesome that you wanted this pose. I think it turned out great and I love how graceful you were at picking her up it’s like she weighed nothing.

And while we were doing the Mom and Dad shots the girls had to be in them too but then when it was time for the family shot they didn’t want to be there…go figure!

This was the 2nd photograph I took with this pose and I think the only one with both girls looking at me.

I love that more and more MOMS are asking for there individual shots…for face book but it’s still something good to have in the history books…or the WOW i looked good back then days.

Hey everyone. I have missed my blog and all the lazy blog surfing I used to do…in time it will slow down. For know I have a cute family I wanted to share.

This type of shot is always my favorite it’s the one you SHOULD print into a CANVAS!

The sessions were perfect…from the weather to the clients it was smooth sailing…except for the $50 parking ticket I got for parking in the wrong stall for 5 minutes.

So, I’ve been asked to do more and I may if I get a good response…it would need to happen fast so that the weather is decent. I’m thinking like next week Thursday or Friday starting at 2:00 because it gets dark at 5:00 The price $250 30 minute session 15 images on CD and a set of 25 Christmas Cards.
